Lorenzo Garcia, non-executive director
Mr Garcia was appointed as a director of the Company on 18 February 2009. He is CEO of Scribona AB whose wholly owned subsidiary, Scribona Nordic AB, is a majority shareholder in the Company. Mr Garcia is also a board member of Rolsta Kvarn Management AB, Sweden and Ermico Comsulting Ltd, Cyprus. He has close to 30 years experience in the IT industry and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Helsinki University.
Ralph Baber, non-executive director
Ralph Baber has BSc(hons) degree, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a Member of the Securities Institute. He has served on a number of regulatory panels including the SFA appeals tribunal. Ralph was a manager at Price Waterhouse until he left to join a client, CAL Futures Limited, first as Finance Director and then, from 1987, as Managing Director. The company was a hedge fund manager and a futures and options broker. In 1995 the business was sold to Union plc where Ralph initially became an executive director. In 1997 he was promoted to Chief Executive. In 1998 Union plc bought WorldInvest, which had £ 1.6 billion of equity funds under management. In 2001 Union plc was acquired by a private group, Ralph joined this group as Managing Director and then became chairman of the group.
Ralph co-founded Slater Investments in 1994. He initially served as a non-executive director and now acts as Chief Finance Officer.
Johan Claesson, non-executive director
Mr Claesson was appointed as a director of the Company on 2 December 2009. He is a director of Scribona AB and Chairman of CA-Fastigheter AB, the largest shareholder in Scribona.
He is also on the Boards of Boras Wafveri, K3 Business Technology Group PLC and Leeds Group PLC. Mr Claesson holds an MSc in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
